Our first sour beer LOOK AT THE SKY. We are really happy with this smooth, easy drinking sour and the amazing dessert-style finish you get from the berries and Madagascan vanilla.
This is a first in a series of sours that we plan to release over the next year and with a series of beautiful beers comes beautiful photography. For this release, we’ve teamed up with Lyall Anderson an astro-photographer based in Scotland. He captures some truly breathtaking pictures of our night skies and Lyall has given us an amazing photograph to start us on this series.
The name Look at the sky was inspired by Jack’s wife and daughter who always have their eyes on the great beyond.
