One Beer Four Hops
We have been playing with a new toy in the brewery, “Quantum Series”, by “Abstrax Hops”
The Quantum Series is a suite of hop-derived, varietal-specific solutions utilizing our innovative, ultra-low temp extraction technology to create the finest, most aromatic hop extracts on the market.
Unlike CO2 processing, which has been optimized for the extraction of alpha at the expense of aromatics, our Quantum process has been designed from the ground up to preserve the most volatile aromatics.
We brewed a 4.5% Pale Ale, and added a different Quantum to each set of cans.
Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy and Nectaron. Perfect to compare and contrast!
