Our exploration into lower ABV beers keeps rolling on, and we’re grasping the opportunity to work off modern drinking trends for more sessionable beers that we can knock back a few pints of and not have to worry about our heads the following morning. As is always the way with these beers, we’ve taken a direct influence from the masters of the low-ABV, but packed with flavour beer The Kernel and riffed on their modern classic single hop Table Beers with Little Citra. A shameless homage to one of our favourite beers bar none, Citra has been a lifeblood hop through our entire existence as a brewery, and its adaptability makes it perfect for this beer. Specifically designed for sharing good times with pals, this beer is packed to the nines with bright, punchy citrus notes – think fresh cut limes, grapefruit and lemon – to give that perfect balance between new school fruit forward, and old school bitterness. One to smash in the beer gardens now that summer is here, cheers to the time of the year and the clement weather it comes with.
